What kind of dining room lighting should I get?

Currently I have a 3-point and discharge lamp. Is outdated and ugly. What this type of accessory to change? (Send me links with pictures if you can find one.) My dining table is kind've luxury and elegance. Room Dining is at the end of the kitchen (which is low, only the table there is good), and the show is at the other end of the room.
