POTATO SOUP
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
6 potatoes, diced
2 tablespoons margarine
½ c. teaspoon salt
1 / 8 c. teaspoon pepper
1 cup nonfat milk
3 cups water
2 tablespoons tablespoons flour
Peel and chop onion.
Cut the celery.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Melt margarine in large skillet over low heat.
Add onion and celery. Cook for a few minutes.
Add potatoes, salt, pepper and 1 ½ cups water.
Bake for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
In a small bowl, mix and powdered milk and flour.
Add 1 ½ cup water slowly, stirring like is added.
Add milk mixture to potatoes.
Cook until the soup is heated and slightly thickened.
Adjust seasonings performance. 6.1 servings of one cup.
CHICKEN CHEESE THINGS
2 tablespoons to tablespoons butter or margarine
2 medium zucchini, grated (about 2 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. (6 0z.) Mix the stuffing of chicken for the oven Top
1 cup finely grated Kraft Five Italian style cheese blend
2 pkgs. (Approximately 2.1 lb.each) Indoor Chicken
¾ cup Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add zucchini and onion and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. or until homogeneous.
Carefully insert your fingers between the flesh and skin of each chicken quarter to form a pocket. Fill the pockets of the mixture evenly stuffing. Place, skin side up, into a large roasting pan.
Cooking 45 min. or until chicken is cooked. Brush with sauce barbecue. Bake 5-10 min.or PERFORMANCE until hot. 8 servings
BAKED SALMON
4-6 ml. Salmon
1 lemon
1 tablespoon oat bran
1 ½ tsp dill
½ c. tea thyme leaves
powder ½ tsp onion tea
1 lemon
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oat bran, dill, thyme, onion powder and paprika. Sprinkle salmon fillets. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

Pasta Salad
8 oz Pasta
½ small red onion, chopped
¼ cup low fat salad
Choose 3 of the following vegetables:
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 small zucchini, sliced
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup sliced carrots
1 bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup green beans
½ cup broccoli, chopped
Prepare the pasta according to package. Add chopped onion and fresh vegetables. (If preferred steam or stir-fried vegetables for 3-5 minutes before adding the pasta). Add dressing. Mix well. Makes 4 servings.
Potato Pizza
½ cup broccoli, chopped
½ onion, chopped
¼ cup carrots, finely chopped
1 small tomato, sliced
2 potatoes, baked
½ tablespoon margarine
½ tablespoon flour
½ cup skim milk
¼ cup grated cheese
Cook broccoli, onion and carrots in a small amount of water until tender and reserve. In a skillet, Melt margarine and add flour. Gradually add milk, stirring. Cook until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add vegetables to the cheese sauce and stir. Open potatoes. Pour equal amounts of mixture vegetable cheese on each potato. Cover with sliced tomatoes.
Baked apple slices
Apple 2.3 cooking (Rome, Cortland, Golden Delicious) margarine 1 / 2 teaspoon
½ c. teaspoon sugar or brown sugar
ground cinnamon to taste
1 / 8 cup orange juice (optional)
Peel, core and cut apples into quarters or slices, depending on the size of the block. Place apples in a baking dish rooms. Item apples with margarine. Sprinkle apples with a little sugar and cinnamon. Orange juice can be added if desired. Bake at 375 degrees until tender, about 30 minutes. Serves 2.
Land stew
ground beef ½ pound ground turkey or venison or
1 / 8 c. teaspoon salt (optional)
1 / 8 c. teaspoon pepper (optional)
1-10 ¾ oz oz condensed tomato soup
water, a soup can filled
6 medium carrots, diced or sliced
2 medium potatoes, diced or sliced
1 cup chopped onion
Brown meat. Drain, if necessary. Season lightly with salt and pepper (optional).
Add soup and a can of water in a saucepan. Add vegetables.
Porter to a boil, then simmer, covered, about 25 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat, cover the last 10 minutes to thicken.

Does anyone have a chart to show how the caramel mixture is melted to make different colors?
Wilton Industries has some of the mixtures of colors in the site. However, your card uses the melted white and then color. I could not find a mix of colors and candy background which is what I think you mean. Good luck with what you do!
