Cinnamon Sugar Cookies FAN
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
4 c. teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 c. teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 / 2 cup butter
2 / 3 cup milk
FILLING:
3 tablespoons butter soft
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, powdered pulp, salt and cream of tartar. Cut in shortening using a pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Add milk just until moistened. Result of a lightly floured surface, knead 8 to 10 times. Roll or pat into a 12 inch by 10 inch rectangle. For topping, spread the butter on mass. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter. Cut five strips of 2 inch stack of tapes on top of each. Cut them into six 2-inch pieces Place the cut side into six greased muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 11-14 minutes or until golden golden. Remove from pan to rack to cool. Serve hot.
COOKIES CINNAMON
1 1 / 2 cups flour
1 / 4 cup granulated sugar
1 / 4 cup brown sugar
1 / 2 cup butter or margarine
1 / 2 c. teaspoon soda
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
Cream sugar, butter In a large bowl. Sift dry ingredients. Add the egg, add dry ingredients. Way Round. Refrigerate until cold. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut and bake.
Cinnamon coffee LAYER CAKE
1 1 / 2 cups sugar
1 / 2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
4 c. Tea baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Coverage:
1 cup brown sugar
4 c. teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons flour
3 / 4 cup butter, melted
To make filling, melt butter, add brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix well. Sprinkle the dough between layers and some above.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter and sugar, add eggs, beat well. Sift dry ingredients, add alternately with milk and vanilla. Place half in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Sprinkle half the mixture over the pastry filling. Add remaining batter and cover with rest of the mixture creamy. Bake the cake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out own.
