Orange Spice Rooibos tea is a blend of orange peel, cloves and cinnamon. A compound found in citrus peel has the potential to reduce cholesterol. Is Green Tea with Citrus Lipton nothing better than soft drinks?
I used to be a drinker welcome drink and now have become addicted to tea Lipton citrus green. I no longer drink soda. Is it necessarily better? I'm struggling with interpretation of labels.
