Warm Apple

Baked apple and almond milk
A good recipe to use the additional revenue that may still be lying in his garden this time of year and something different to the usual apple crumble.
Ingredients:
- 450 g cooking apples
- 50 g brown sugar
- 100g butter at room temperature
- 100 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g ground almonds
Preheat oven to 350F/180C (gas 4).
Peel and slice apples and place in a saucepan with brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of about (15 ml) of water and simmer until tender. Then place the bottom of a skillet with butter from 1.5 liters.
Beat butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, then add the eggs a little at a time. When both are in eggs, carefully and delicately almonds. Now Spread this mixture over the apples, the level of the surface with the back of a spoon. Then cook on a high shelf in the oven for one hour.
This dessert can be served hot or cold and is delicious with cream, custard cream or. It will keep in refrigerator for 3-4 days so that you can do well in advance and then just before serving warm.
